At the Life Practice we offer a range of tailor-made Life Coaching programs to suit all your individual needs and personal requirements. Our programs include the use of techniques such as Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching & Counselling. They can take place within the clinic, or for clients further afield via Tele Conferencing or Skype.

How do I start?

Mel FirthInitially we offer a free consultation over the telephone, where you can talk openly and confidentially to us about all your symptoms.  We can then advise of an individual programme specifically for you.

We will include an idea of how many Life Coaching sessions would be required and the cost involved.  If you are happy to proceed from here, you can then book an appointment to visit our clinic and start your programme.

 We aim to offer you a full programme of support which includes helping you to understand your issue and how best to overcome it.

Breakthrough Sessions

Rapid Change Breakthrough Sessions are designed specifically to help individuals overcome serious and challenging issues they may be experiencing, all in one single focused session.  Sessions can be booked for 3 Hours.
